SACRED DAWN announces Chicago album release show alongside DIGGETH and SPILLAGE.

Chicago, Illinois progressive heavy metal band SACRED DAWN have announced their new album release show alongside label mates DIGGETH and SPILLAGE on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at LiveWire in Chicago, IL.

Their new album "Dismal Swamp" was released worldwide on September 29, 2023 via Qumran Records in North America and No Dust Records in Europe.

Sacred Dawn guitarist / vocalist Lothar Keller comments:

We are looking forward to our album release show in Chicago along with our label mates Diggeth and Spillage, two killer live bands who will mesmerize our hometown and fans. This is a show not to be missed, as all 3 bands will deliver their most ferocious sets and will take no prisoners..

Fueled by the lock downs of the pandemic beginning March 2020 and for the next three years, guitarist John Vitale and I got together weekly to begin writing what would become our most prolific work to date.

The album is our band's first full-length recording since 2011 and titled "Dismal Swamp". It was released under my direction using the distribution network of my independent US record label Qumran Records.

The album was made available in a 160-gram transparent swampy green vinyl, CD, and accessible via all digital platforms.

In addition, we at Qumran Records are beyond excited that “Diggeth” are finally able to come to the USA after the first tour in 2020 had to be canceled due to the pandemic.

In support of the new album “Zero Hour in Doomtown”, Diggeth will be doing a limited amount of shows in the Midwest. We know fans won’t be disappointed as “Diggeth” are an excellent band live bringing the HEAVY and one of the biggest sounds from a 3 piece band.
