EMBERS OF DAWN combine industrial precision and metallic heaviness in the new single release, "Age of Corrosion". The track draws from the precision of FEAR FACTORY and the harsh grind from MINISTRY, and features guest Adrian Erlandsson (AT THE GATES, CRADLE OF FILTH, PARADISE LOST, THE HAUNTED) on drums. The forthcoming full length album Infernal Culture is due to land on September 18, 2026.
EMBERS OF DAWN explain, "The song presents the fact that humanity has entered a defining era of decay. As a reflection of current global events, the lyrics convey anger, disillusionment, and mockery. It critiques modern power structures (governments, media, technology) that corrode truth and empathy, while suggesting that this is not an abrupt collapse but a grinding, mechanized process of erosion."
"Age of Corrosion" arrives with a brutalist, mechanized attack. Obliterating heaviness strikes with each rhythmic hit while textural synths construct an inescapable dystopian atmosphere. Vocoder vocals inject an inhuman quality while harsh performances unleash further distorted power into the already intense instrumental layers. A slower tempo in the bridge brings a more melodic section that contrasts the sharp structural rhythms that dominate across "Age of Corrosion". The new single was produced, mixed and mastered by Richii Wainwright.
