WORM assume control of KEXP’s renowned In-Studio series with a legendary, evil performance which sees the light today. It follows Worm’s sold out TOTAL POSSESSION OF AMERICA tour and just in time as the Necromantic black doom masters cross the country with icons Cradle of Filth. Worm have also announced a Europe and U.K Fall tour with Wolves of the Throne Room. Each night Worm will play a setlist that showcases their acclaimed new album Necropalace.

Worm’s sonic palette roots in nearly every worthy corner of extreme metal’s history - from the grandiose heights of ‘90s symphonic black metal to the emotional technicality of ‘80s shred metal. The Floridian band have only grown more powerful, showcasing a level of grandiose songcraft that is beyond modern compare. On Necropalace, Worm has managed to do what many others in this day and age can only attempt: They walk backwards into the future. The album lives in a world of its own. A world of lush velvet and ostentatious gold, covered in the dust of time. A world where shadows seem to move in your peripheral vision, yet the loneliness never ceases. A world where wounds of the flesh may heal, but those of the heart never do.
