Greek death metal legends VERMINGOD are back with their long-awaited new music video, "The Fundamental Scorn," on June 27, 2025, on YouTube and on all streaming platforms. The video is the group's first release of new material in a decade, capturing VERMINGOD's relentless spirit and uncompromising artistic vision, visually transmitting rebellion against oppression and conformity. 

Greece-born in 2003, Patras, VERMINGOD was making waves in the extreme metal scene in no time. VERMINGOD's 2015 critically acclaimed release, "The Whisperer of the Abysmal Wisdom," cemented their reputation, opening for world giants like Dying Fetus and Rotting Christ. Influenced by icons like Misery Index, Gojira, and Morbid Angel, VERMINGOD's latest video finds them in full glory.

Talking about the dark symbolism of the video, the band says:"This video is a visual manifestation of the silence we’ve been forced to swallow, where truth is buried beneath sacred lies, and obedience is mistaken for faith.
