The American hard rock/metal band Veritas proudly announces that their acclaimed album “Silent Script” is now available to order in the United States through Dungeon Media, offering fans an easy domestic option without the need for imports.
Formed in 2012 by guitarist Greg Wenk, Veritas was built on the concept of truth—reflected in the band’s name, which means “truth” in Latin. Seeking a strong visual identity, Wenk adopted the Awen symbol, representing creativity, as the band’s logo. With over 20 song ideas already written, the search for band members began, leading to the addition of original drummer Adam Hartley after months of auditions. From there, Veritas steadily developed their sound and completed their lineup.
Following the release of their debut EP in 2019, the band focused on writing and producing their first full-length album. Determined to make their music accessible worldwide, Veritas partnered with Amplified Distribution, signing a global deal in March 2020 for both physical and digital formats.
Their full-length album was mixed by Daryl Bolicek at Wild Horse Recording in Minnesota and mastered by Thomas Juth at Svenska Grammofon Studion in Sweden. Released worldwide on August 28, 2020, the album received strong reviews from Germany, Sweden, the USA, and Poland, establishing Veritas as a rising force in the international hard rock/metal scene.
“Silent Script”, re-released by Wormholedeath, features 12 powerful new tracks that showcase the band’s evolving sound, blending heavy riffs, strong melodies, and intense emotion. Fans of Veritas’ previous work—especially the acclaimed “Threads of Fatality”—will find Silent Script to be a compelling and impressive continuation of the band’s musical journey. The band themselves have expressed great excitement and pride in the final result.
With this re-release and expanded U.S. availability, Veritas continues to solidify their presence on the global metal stage.
