Boston’s THE INFINITY RING is a rising live music group known for its powerful performances. Their upcoming album, "Ataraxia," set to release on March 21, reflects their journey of creation, filled with challenges that tested the band both emotionally and creatively. The album represents the struggles and joys they experienced while making it over the past year in two studios.
The band is a collective of musicians from various Boston music scenes, blending styles like metal, punk, and electronic music. Their influences include artists such as Leonard Cohen and Godspeed You! Black Emperor. Initially starting with dark folk in 2020, they have expanded their sound to include elements of various genres.
In 2023, they released their debut album, "Nemesis & Nativity," and plan to follow up with "Ataraxia" and more new material in 2025. The album was recorded at two studios with artwork by BATDOG.
