Straight Against Fall, a Portuguese-Brazilian project based in the north of Portugal, releases this Friday, 06, the new single "Industrial Death Machine (One Pig)". The song is the first release of the new EP, which is scheduled for release in 2026 on the Psywar Records label.

Straight Against Fall comments on the new single:

"It is a song that portrays the life of exploitation lived as an immigrant, marked by excessive work, silence and loneliness. It speaks of a constant suffering kept inside, without being shared, until it turns into mental illness, such as depression and panic syndrome. The song exposes the dehumanization of the individual within the industrial machine, where the person becomes just another piece, 'a pig' to feed the system, in addition to being the work that Junior [Guimarães Jr, drummer] does. which was to cut pigs. Throughout the composition, it is clear that immigrant life, despite struggle and resistance, will always be lonely, carrying an emotional weight that is rarely seen or acknowledged."

The new work will follow the path opened by the EP 'Ruthless', bringing an even freer and expanded approach to musical references. The group highlights the atmosphere and lyricism of what is to come: "The album has similar themes, we talk about longing, love, hate, loneliness and the single has all this theme involved. Mainly the Crossover of styles/influences of each element of the band, since the themes of the new album in general involve elements of different styles inside and outside metal".

The search for differentiation and originality is the main agenda for the group, whose objective is to propagate its name in Europe and expand worldwide. About the expectation of public reception, the band comments:"What we want is for our audience to identify with the stories and be able to get back on their feet, ask for help. As we say, our songs reflect a lot of our reality, feelings and we believe that the impact comes from identifying with reality".
