The countdown has begun! Phoenix nu-metal powerhouse SICKSENSE's eagerly awaited debut album, Cross Me Twice, drops March 28th on Earache Records, and today the band has revealed the record's fiery final single, "Follow Me."
Commenting on the new track, co-vocalist Killer V says:
"'Follow Me' is about two people being together at the wrong place at the wrong time in that point of their lives. It's a story of people realizing and acknowledging that they just aren't meant to be together. It doesn't mean they're bad people as individuals, they just aren't right for each other.
We're human beings. We're all flawed and have all done or said things We aren't proud of. We need to grow, learn from our mistakes, recognize when we're wrong, learn to forgive and move on.
I love that this is the final track on our “Cross Me Twice” album. It doesn't leave on a positive note, it doesn't leave on a negative one. It leaves the future open with possibilities and we’re excited to see where we end up taking the band and our sound."
