Seed Of Doom Records is proud to present a special split EP between TOTAL ISOLATION and SEDIMENTUM on vinyl 7” and cassette format, due out on September 3rd, 2021. TOTAL ISOLATION hail from British Columbia and have been around since 2014, releasing the acclaimed “Winfield” demo in 2019. Like a war hammer to the head, TOTAL ISOLATION is raw, grinding death metal which beats you into submission. With this new song the band spews forth a foreboding polarity of angular riffs and catchy rhythms, coiled together to create a dreadful malaise of old school death metal promised to starve the light of everything it touches. Forged in Quebec City in 2018, SEDIMENTUM is an unrelenting death machine. After a demo, a split EP with Phobophilic and a handful of shows, the band has already cemented their place in the Canadian burgeoning heavy music scene. SEDIMENTUM’s dark and uncompromising death metal is expertly executed on this new track and is spot on why they are the proverbial breath of fresh air in the crowded scene. This song was originally recorded in the same session as “Obliteration” (from the split) but the band went through some line-up changes in 2020 and decided to re-record it. It’s the first and only song that will feature Mathieu Lépine on both bass and drums. SEDIMENTUM are now with a new bass player and are almost done writing their first LP that should hopefully see the light of day in 2022. With this new track the band delivers an emotionally disturbing sonic landscape comprised of dense and transcendent atmospheres interrupted by frantic, anxiety-inducing riffs. Tracklist:
