Romanian alt/prog metallers SYMPHRESS release new single “Ecouri”

Romanian alternative/progressive metal outfit Symphress has released its new single “Ecouri”. The self-released track is available digitally and showcases the band’s emotionally charged, symphonic-tinged sound.

"Ecouri" (eng. "Echoes") explores the existential regret of one who has lost all contact with themselves and implicitly, all direction. Ghosts (echoes) of the past haunt every aspect of the character, paralysing them, dehumanizing them, numbing their spirit and throwing them adrift. Failure, surrender, deceit, illusions and shame all become so powerful that there is no escape.
