Finnish blackened death metal band Progeny of Sun is set to release the second studio album 'Prophets of the Void' on September 5th 2025 via Inverse Records. The album contains 12 tracks that have taken on more aggressive, darker, and more beautiful forms compared to the previous album. The genre binding the album's tracks together is Death Metal, but true to the band's style, the album will feature nuanced and surprising cross-genre atmospherics.
