Portuguese metal band MALIGNEA presents the album “A ALDEIA”.

Two years after their previous album, the band released their sophomore studio album, «A Aldeia» (The Village). This work is a concept album, exploring narratives that evoke

rural myths, ancestral fears, and a strong sense of Portuguese cultural essence,

integrating folklore elements into their Gothic metal universe.

Specialized reviews regarded A Aldeia as a clear evolutionary step forward,

deepening the band's theatricality and adding greater thematic and melodic

diversity to the compositions. Tracks such as A Dança, O Moinho, and O Rei do

Inferno were highlighted as creative peaks that demonstrate both artistic boldness

and strong narrative cohesion.
