Polish funeral doom pioneers YSIGIM reissue cult album “Ain Soph Or” — Out September 25 via Dying Sun Records!

Ysigim, one of the first bands to play funeral doom metal, return with a long-awaited reissue of their legendary 1993 album “Ain Soph Or”. Originally released in 1994 on cassette by Wicca Sound, the album helped shape the sound of funeral doom and has remained a cult classic ever since.

Now, more than three decades later, “Ain Soph Or” is being made available again in its original form on cassette, alongside a new expanded double-CD edition. It’s a chance to revisit a raw yet deeply emotional work that continues to resonate.

The double-CD edition adds all three demo tapes from the pre-Ysigim project “Obnoxiousness,” offering a clear look at the band’s earliest foundations and the seeds of what became Ysigim’s distinct style.
