OUT TODAY: Intrepid release "Juxtaposition" (Knife Fight Media)!

After honing their craft on local stages, Intrepid burst onto the international scene with their first European tour in 2023 alongside death metal veterans Monstrosity and Origin. In 2024, they returned to the road with Nile and Hideous Divinity, promoting their dual-track EP “Slaying of Sanity / Murder of Mind”.

Now, Intrepid enters a new chapter with the release of their upcoming full-length album “Juxtaposition”, out June 4, 2025. The title says it all — "Juxtaposition" captures Intrepid’s ability to balance brutality with nuance, blending technical precision with raw instinct. With mixing and mastering by Mark Lewis (Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, Dying Fetus, The Black Dahlia Murder, Whitechapel), the album lands with a punchy, modern production that fully backs the band’s rising ambition.

Intrepid are deeply rooted in the raw aggression of early Florida death metal, their music balances technical precision, groove, and atmosphere, adding real depth to their sound. On stage, the band becomes a living force, responding to the crowd’s energy, sometimes pulling them in, sometimes hitting with full force when the moment calls for it.
