Peaceville is proud to announce a new partnership with re-invigorated Norwegian Blackened Thrash legends Aura Noir for their comeback studio album, set for release in 2027. Furthermore, the band’s last two studio releases, ‘Out to Die’ (2012) and ‘Aura Noire’ (2018) will also receive a special reissue through Peaceville this October, on limited marble vinyl, black vinyl, and CD. Finally, Aura Noir’s 2008 opus ‘Hades Rise’ will follow in November, on limited red vinyl, and on CD with bonus tracks.

Regarding the announcement, the band states:

“Aura Noir is currently working on new material, and we are chuffed to reunite with Peaceville Records once again as we move towards the release of the next album. Peaceville has always been the natural home for Aura Noir, and we look forward to keeping this alive. We are also pleased to see the Out to Die and Aura Noire albums return in remastered form (courtesy of Jack Control/Maor Appelbaum) and finally receive the treatment they deserve. We're proud of these records and it'll be good to see them back in circulation. Buttocks up!!”

Peaceville label manager Paul Groundwell adds:

“A privilege that Aura Noir has returned to Peaceville, to once again prove the long-debated theory that the ugliest metal is often among the greatest!”.
