NoLifeTilMetal Records is very excited to bring you our first new release for 2024 the sophomore release from progressive metal band ABSOLON. If you think you’ve heard them before, you haven’t heard anything yet! Absolon boasts a new line up which took their musical direction in to in even heavier direction that fans of Crimson Glory, Iced Earth and Queensryche are sure to embrace.
Absolon has come roaring back with their new metal release The Blood Seed. With a solid team of exceptional musicians consisting of Ken Pike (ex-Malachia) on vocals; Alex Repetti (Infinite Spectrum, Severed Angel) on guitar/bass/backing vocals; and Wayne Noon (Phoenix Reign, Project Resurrect, Severed Angel) on drums, The Blood Seed is an eight song traditional heavy metal feast for all those metalheads out there who love their metal powerful and energetic. Although familiar in vibe to bands like Judas Priest, Queensryche and Savatage, Absolon has created a sound and style all their own.
We are excited to share with you the debut single entitled 'Destroyer'. 'Destroyer' is the story of a warrior in a futuristic world, a man molded in to a soldier within the militaries special forces. A soldier serving his country at a critical time when the world would was in the midst of self-destruction. A world that had set out to destroy each other with some of the most advanced nuclear weapons they had ever seen. Now faced with a post apocalyptic world, Destroyer ravels from one surviving city to another as the cities try to rebuild civilization. But Destroyer's mission, using his training and skills, is to destroy those cities in order to never give mankind the capability to self destruct itself again.
