Welcome to the alienating, passionate and mystic universe of Swiss duo NIGHTSHADE who present the first track from their upcoming album "In Essence Divided" due out on February 20, 2026, via My Kingdom Music.
The doors open in front of the song "Dissonant Void" featuring Skevent, a Swiss electronic band exploring the border between joy and melancholy.

Infusing moods ranging from dark and psychedelic, to heavy and galloping riffs, with Noemie Torche's emotional voice, "Dissonant Void" is an intense and captivating song inspired by the roots of Progressive Metal from the early 70's, by Avantgarde Black Metal of the last decade, by the melodic Metal of the 90's.
"In Essence Divided" was mixed and mastered by Raphaël Bovey from Switzerland, known for his work with Monkey3, Nostromo, Gojira, Samael among his extensive discography, and will delight fans of Progressive Metal à la OPETH, but also those enjoying an uncanny mix of styles and influences from PINK FLOYD to BLOOD INCANTATION, from SAMAEL to GOJIRA!
