New single and video for NIGHTSHADE!

Another step for NIGHTSHADE towards the release of "In Essence Divided", available from February 20, 2026, on My Kingdom Music.

Today, we present a new song, "Ov Seas & Seeds", which opens the door to another facet of the Swiss band's world.

The single is available on digital platforms, together to a different version mixed and mastered at the world-famous Abbey Road Studios in London, giving the song an even warmer, more classic sound and tone. You can find both versions on Spotify, Apple Music, and more.

"Ov Seas & Seed" is an intense and engaging track, embracing the roots of early '70s Progressive Metal, the avant-garde Black Metal of the last decade, and the Melodic Metal of the '90s. It explores melancholic dynamics and atmospheres ranging from dark and psychedelic to heavy, galloping riffs by Thomas Wacinski, with the emotional David Genillard's vocals.

And it's just another taste of what's to come on "In Essence Divided", an album that was mixed and mastered by Swiss engineer Raphaël Bovey, known for his work with Monkey3, Nostromo, Gojira, Samael, and his extensive discography.
