ZVINDIYAR is a Bahrain-based atmospheric death metal project rooted in Persian and Arabic mythology, cinematic atmosphere, and ritualistic visual identity. Blending death metal aggression, progressive structures, ambient textures, and mythological storytelling, ZVINDIYAR is built as an entity and conceptual world rather than a personality-driven band.
The project’s debut single, “Anqa,” was featured by Metal Hammer and voted Best New Metal Song of the Week by its readers. Following “Anqa” and “Fell,” ZVINDIYAR now releases “Shadhavar” as the final single and concluding chapter before the debut six-track release, Six Rites, arrives worldwide on September 3, 2026, with Bandcamp early access on August 20.
Six Rites explores transformation, collapse, ruin, mortality, and transcendence through a cinematic blend of atmospheric death metal and mythological storytelling.
