NEID: Italian grindcore squad shares "Rebels Today" video!

Italian grindcore trio NEID have signed to Time To Kill Records for the release of a cover EP entitled "Still Offensive", set for release on March 15th 2024. With this EP, completed with cover art by famous Italian cartoonist Zerocalcare, the band pays homage to the Italian hardcore scene of the nineties. The video of the new single "Rebels Today" (originally by Comrades) is now streaming at THIS LOCATION.

The band comments: “We consider Comrades a seminal band for the Italian d.i.y hardcore & grind scene; one of the very first to play this genre in our region way back in 1993, and immediately a driving force behind the combination of speed and irreverence! Therefore we found it logical to cover their most popular hit”

The first single, "Colpire" (originally by Contrasto), is also available HERE.

01. Intro 90s

02. Rebels Today... (Comrades)

03. Bandiera Nera (Affluente)

04. Ho Sempre Sbagliato (Kafka)

05. Colpire (Contrasto)

06. Noi Due Tagliati In Due (Frammenti)

07. Prodotto Dal Terrore / Sostenuto Dalla Speranza (Flopdown)

08. V x Cambiamento (XcaracoX)

“This EP is a tribute to a musically prolific decade, the one that goes from 1990 to early 2000s, which in our humble opinion has been overlooked for a long time, unlike the acclaimed 80’s! We feel connected to the 90’s for many reasons, mostly because some of us took our first steps in that decade, having played in hardcore-punk bands born in that period such as Tmd, Manifold, Razzapparte and Flopdown. It therefore seemed natural to us to revisit and rearrange a bunch of songs from some bands we have always loved”.
