Narrenwind pay homage to an 80s Polish legend with new single and video!

Two weeks before the premiere of their new album, “Gorzkie Plony” ("Bitter Harvest"), Narrenwind present "I-II-I-II", a powerful cover of the unforgettable Maanam track. This is more than just a tribute to a classic; it's an homage to one of the most significant Polish alternative bands of the 80s.
The timeless lyrics of Olga “Kora” Sipowicz have been re-imagined within Narrenwind's blackened heavy metal sound, which draws heavily from 80s and 90s metal classics and is inspired by legends like Bathory, Armia and Kat. The entire piece is imbued with the spirit of Polish poetry and a deep appreciation for the original.

The track follows the release of the singles “Koniugacja” (watch video / listen on Spotify) and “Nikt Nie Wie” (video).
The band described "Gorzkie Plony" as "a return to the spirit of our inaugural work". The album was mixed and mastered by Haldor Grunberg at Satanic Audio. The artwork was completed by JRMR. The album also includes session drums by Anti-Christian (Doedsvangr, Beaten to Death, ex-Tsjuder).
