Moonscape is the progressive metal project led by Norwegian multi-instrumentalist Håvard Lunde, based in Gjøvik, Norway. Since its founding in February 2015, Moonscape has produced four albums, including the forthcoming "Entity, Chapter III: A Sudden Glimpse of Clarity".

Lunde remains the sole permanent member, handling all writing, composition, and production tasks. Inspired by conceptual artists like Arjen Lucassen (Ayreon), each Moonscape release features a range of guest vocalists who portray narrative roles within the story-driven albums, while guest instrumentalists contribute musically.

Notable guest contributors across Moonscape’s discography include Cezar Popescu (Vita de Vie, Days of Confusion), Andreas Jonsson (ex-Spiral Architect), Pauli Souka (Coldbound), Aaron Minich (Nekrogoblikon), Diego Palma (LordDivine), David Åkesson (ex-Qantice, Symphonity live), Rafael Agostino (Armored Dawn, Hall of Gods), among others.

Discography includes:

Entity (2017)

Entity, Chapter II: Echoes from a Cognitive Dystopia (2020)

The Continuum Synergy (2023)

Entity, Chapter III: A Sudden Glimpse of Clarity (2025)

The upcoming album, "Entity, Chapter III: A Sudden Glimpse of Clarity", continues the conceptual journey established by Moonscape’s debut. The ongoing narrative focuses on "Man," a protagonist coping with the strains of isolation, depression, and the eventual search for healing. In this newest work, the story is taken to its resolution: after years of struggle and relapses, guided by voices of Reason and Hope, the central character finally confronts his inner demon, finds companionship, and reaches personal peace.

Guest performers once again play pivotal roles in this narrative, with Matthew Brown (Arkhane) as the protagonist and his "Demon," David Åkesson as "Reason," and Nina Pohleven (Inflected) as "Hope," weaving together an emotional and musical tapestry.
