Melodic death metal band SYN ABSENCE release new single and video ‘DREAMERS OF TIME.’ The energetic song thrives in a cold, intense atmosphere where fast paced rhythms crash against duel guitar melodies and harsh but intelligible screams. ‘DREAMERS OF TIME,’ embraces the roots of the genre through a modern, well-crafted sound that is infectious as it is memorable.
Los Angeles, California-based SYN ABSENCE was established in 2023, their sound influenced by both the melodic death and power metal genres. Their influences range from CHILDREN OF BODODM and KALMAH to BLIND GUARDIAN and HELLOWEEN. On September 13th 2024, SYN ABSENCE released their independent full-length debut 'REALM OF HATE.’ While they continue to write songs for their sophomore follow up, ‘DREAMERS OF TIME,’ and the accompanying video, will serve as a taste of things to come.
'DREAMERS OF TIME’ is a passionate take on the genre with a guitar driven structure, consisting of virtuosic solos and tight rhythms that tradeoff between aggression and catchy harmonies.
