Melodic black metal band ‘SARDONIC ALLEGIANCE’ release new EP ‘COAST I’

Melodic black metal band SARDONIC ALLEGIANCE release their second EP, ‘COAST I' - comprising three searing tracks that form the first installment of a 2-part release, with 'COAST II' coming later this year.

SARDONIC ALLEGIANCE are a dutch black metal studio project formed in 2009 by multi-instrumentalist Vasco ‘Triest’ Lub and drummer Griendhakker. The duo aims to create black metal in an epic way, through the incorporation of melody and symphonic elements, adding an atmospheric touch to the fast paced tempo and visceral riffs.  

‘Coast I’ captures the raw power of old-school black metal through relentless speed and a darkened, underground tone while incorporating enough euphonious instrumentation to create a gripping and memorable sound.  ‘Coast I’ is the first of two connected EPs, with the second part due out later in the year.  The striking cover art for this release was created by renowned digital artist Gustavo Sazes, who has done work for labels like Century Media and Nuclear Blast.
