Listen to the new single from the Finnish outfit Kneel Before The Death!

Following the band’s earlier 2026 single, “The Weight of Truth,” the track offers another glimpse into its upcoming second album, this time leaning into a more direct and traditional approach.
“‘Red Sun Dawn’ is heavily inspired by the early deathcore sound. We wanted to capture that same old-school energy while bringing it into the present day with a classic death metal riff and a breakdown dripping with pure brutality. At the same time, we didn’t simply want to pay tribute to the past. We pushed the sound further by adding elements that challenge the listener and reveal the true sound of Kneel Before The Death,” the band says.
After spending much of the beginning of the year on the road, including shows supporting Austrian deathcore act Spire of Lazarus, the band is now eagerly looking ahead to its first-ever festival summer. The run kicks off at the legendary Nummirock during Midsummer before continuing to Finland’s biggest metal festival, Tuska.
“We’re especially excited about this summer because we’ll be making our festival debut at three legendary metal festivals. These shows are going to be an incredible experience for us. It’s also amazing to finally perform the new single live for a festival crowd. We’re really looking forward to seeing how the audience responds to both us and the song.”
