LISTEN TO the latest release from German act Where Giants Fall I Rise - “Once Ignited Dreams”

Where Giants Fall I Rise, from Germany, have released the album “Once Ignited Dreams”, out since 8 August 2025.

“Once Ignited Dreams” gathers music that Alexander Grothe wrote across many years in several bands. When those projects ended, a large pool of ideas remained. Rather than let them fade, he went back to the source, pulling parts from old tapes, DAW sessions, rehearsal recordings and tablature, listening, trimming and rebuilding until the pieces held together as an album he could stand behind on his own.

The result is a solo release composed, recorded and mixed by Grothe at Radio Moon Records in Ilsenburg, Germany, with mastering by Tom Porcell Mastering. It sits between melodic death metal and melodic progressive metal, led by guitar themes and a clear, modern production.
