Introducing Prometeus!

Prometeus was born in 2006 in Agrigento, Sicily, from the ashes of Metus. Nihilism (guitars, keyboards, and vocals) and Giuseppe Napoli (drums)

released their first work, Archimedes, in 2008. From the beginning, the band's music has been a mix of '70s progressive rock and '90s black metal. The

resulting style lies somewhere between symphonic black metal and avant-garde, becoming more direct and aggressive in recent years. The songs on

this latest album were performed and recorded by Nihilism, the band's sole remaining member. The lyrics are in Italian and focus on the power of the

Titans and aspects of Orphic-Dionysian cult. The album was mastered at Nadir Music studio in Genoa by Tommy Talamanca.
