Obscene Worship formed around the turn of the Infernal
season of 2021, forged by the unholy trinity of Rick Blundo
(guitar/vocals), Donovan Parran (bass), and Spy Soto
(drums). Driven by a relentless yearning to explore the
darkest corners of their creative psyche, the trio hailing from
Denver, Colorado meticulously crafted a sonic realm that
mirrors dysfunctional savagery, maniacally weaving its way
through dissonant landscapes where themes of homicidal
necessity, religious idolatry, and all-consuming psychosis
collide. A vile taste of their sonic odyssey spewed out in the
form of two sinister singles in 2022 - 'Stained and Serrated'
and 'Insectile'.
As their perverse sound evolves, so does the vast hatred
that festers within, brewing with imminent danger and a
paranoia long lost to the underground. 2023 beckoned with
promises of devastation. Tiernan Pfaus took over on bass.
Chris Lyttle joined as a second guitarist. Obscene Worship
mutated itself into a bastardization of murderous death
metal building upon its monstrous foundation.
Their deranged vision was finally channeled into a full-length
offering titled 'Ordained to Infernal Depths'. The self-released album was spawned on
November 2nd, 2023 and was immediately supported by an 8 date excursion dubbed
The Ordained Dereliction Tour.

Obscene Worship are currently finishing up the writing process for their sophomore album and aim for a 2026 release. They call upon the ill-fated listener to reflect and descend their vibrant insanity, rejoice in blasphemy, and worship the obscene.
