The Greek band RHEINKAOS has released its latest EP All My Being is a Dark Verse on October 28th, 2024. The effort consists of two tracks, Beta Religion and The Commencement Fear, taken from the 2010 sessions at the Fragile Studio in Athens, then re-worked and completed.
Imagine a blend of black metal with a touch of avant-garde in the veins of Dødheimsgard and Ulver, and an aftertaste of Fates Warning to have an idea of what you might expect from All My Being is a Dark Verse.

RHEINKAOS was formed in 2007 by guitarist Dimitrios B. and vocalist Savaoth. In 2008, they self-released their debut demo, featuring Gogo Melone from Luna Obscura on vocals, which was acclaimed as “Demo of the Month” by Metal Hammer Greece. Their momentum continued in 2010, when they collaborated with producer V. Yalamas at Fragile Studios to record their first full-length. However, due to budget constraints, the album remained unfinished and the band entered a decade-long hiatus after Dimitrios' relocation to the Netherlands. In 2015 Dimitrios put together a new band, Forests Alive, that aimed to take the Rheinkaos sound to a more approachable direction. However in 2024, RHEINKAOS decided to complete two of their latest tracks from the Fragile sessions for an almost-20min EP released under the name of All My Being is a Dark Verse.
