French progressive metal band SPHERES to release new album on September 23rd!

About 3 years after the release of their very-well welcomed debut full-length effort 'IONO' (2019), French Progressive Metallers SPHERES are about to give birth to their sophomore album called 'Helios' and planned for a worldwide release on September 23rd and CD, LP & Digital through M & O Music & Spinoza Records. In the meantime, the band unveiled a first glimpse for their upcoming record with the official music video of the single "Spiritual Journey" available on YouTube while pre-orders for the album are opened on Bandcamp.

Founded at the end of the year 2017 by Jonathan Lino (composer/singer/guitarist), French progressive-metal band SPHERES released its debut full-length album on 2019 with 'IONO' very well received by both critics and public. After touring in France, Belgium and The Netherlands, the band - joined by Clémence Santé on bass, Olivier Moreau on guitars and Jess on durms - started to work on new tracks before entering in studio. In September 2022, the band will give birth to its second album 'Helios' to be released on September 2022.
