Score A/V presents... HYPERDUMP: the French modern metal quintet that has spent nearly two decades exploring heavy music without stylistic boundaries.
Following an initial limited release in 2025, 'Weird Stories From Dumptown' is now reaching a wider audience through an expanded international campaign. Combining groove, melody, technicality and experimentation, the album perfectly embodies HYPERDUMP's fearless approach to modern metal songwriting.
Conceived as a continuation of the conceptual universe initiated with 'The Weak Man', 'Weird Stories From Dumptown' delivers nine strange and compelling stories wrapped in crushing riffs, infectious grooves and adventurous songwriting.
Refusing to be confined by genre conventions, HYPERDUMP balances heaviness, experimentation and memorable hooks to create modern metal that feels both ambitious and immediately engaging.
Across three full-length albums and one EP, HYPERDUMP has consistently treated metal as a creative playground. Their catalogue includes collaborations with Guillaume Bideau (Scarve, Mnemic, One-Way Mirror), Arno Strobl (Carnival In Coal, 6:33...) and Blaze Bayley, while their live experience includes sharing the stage with Agnostic Front.
Nearly twenty years after its inception, the band continues to evolve on its own terms—crafting heavy music that remains adventurous, accessible and impossible to categorise.
