SCARAB Signs with Brutal Records (USA) Brutal Records is proud to officially announce the signing of SCARAB, Egypt’s pioneering death metal force, to its global roster. This partnership marks a major milestone for both parties, uniting SCARAB’s ritualistic death metal vision with one of the most respected underground metal labels in the world—Brutal Records (USA), active since 1986.


This new alliance signals a devastating new era for SCARAB, as their ancient sonic incantations are prepared for worldwide release under the Brutal Records banner.


SCARAB: Ancient Power, Global Impact Formed in 2006, SCARAB has become synonymous with ferocity, atmosphere, and spiritual intensity. Their sound fuses uncompromising death metal with Middle Eastern and Egyptian mysticism, creating a ritualistic experience that transcends borders and cultures.


Led by Sammy Sayed (vocals, orchestrations), alongside Tarek Amr (guitars), Omar Abou Doma (guitars), Mohamed El Sherbieny (bass), Amir El-Saidi (drums), and Sherif Elias (keyboards/synth), SCARAB channels ancient mythology through crushing riffs, cinematic arrangements, and relentless aggression.
