“And Total Death Returns! And with it, the virulent infection known to some as Drawn And Quartered resurges to transmit its newest outbreak of evil, ‘Congregation Pestilence.’

“Displaying all the signs of classic Drawn And Quartered Death Metal — sinister and infectious riffing, hysterical aggression, world’s-end doom, songcraft mastery, diseased utterances, Darkness, Evil —‘Congregation Pestilence’ yet will reveal a couple of subtle new mutations to the attentive ear.

“Comprising four brand new songs written for a split that never came to be and five slabs from the ‘Proliferation of Disease’ morgue (some of which have featured in the band’s live set,) here reborn to die anew in much closer focus. ‘Congregation Pestilence’ also bears possibly the band’s strongest aural presentation to date, along with customarily morbid cover art by the great Gabriel T.
