CULTUS SANGUINE: the video for "When Silence Devours"
Today, CULTUS SANGUINE open the doors to their new album, "Tears Painted Sky", unveiling the first single, "When Silence Devours". The official video, created by Gianfranco Logiudice, is available at https://youtu.be/uL3DQK1Io8o
You are immediately immersed in dark, powerful sounds that take you on a slow, relentless journey into the depths of the soul—a place where pain and darkness take shape.
Here is the comment from the band's longtime leader, Joe Ferraro: "When Silence Devours" was born from that place where silence is no longer peace, but a living presence that slowly devours everything. I imagined a soul crossing the ruins of its own life, where memory crumbles and no name holds meaning. In this track, pain does not seek redemption... it is embraced. It is a journey into the beauty of decay, into grace distorted by suffering, where absence becomes the only possible truth and silence becomes the last remaining language for speaking with eternity. The fast-paced music—evocative of 80s wave filtered through dark metal—embraces the lyrics in a sense of decadence".
The album will be released on My Kingdom Music on October 9th in Deluxe Edition, CD, LP, cassette, and digital format. PRE-ORDER is open at https://t.ly/2tWCH
With "Tears Painted Sky", CULTUS SANGUINE push the already fragile boundaries of their poetics, abandoning themselves completely to the aesthetics of the end.
