Corners of Sanctuary expose a dark world of big business corruption, governmental intolerance, and societal disdain with their new single "Broken Paradise."

As the second single from COS's Forever Metal EP which released earlier this year, "Broken Paradise" shows another side of a band that has come to be known for its uniquely classic but original Heavy Metal sound and style. Walking a blurred line of Metal, Alternative, and Punk, Corners of Sanctuary delivers a hauntingly melodic rocker with this latest single, demonstrating that the depth of the band's songwriting is not limited to solely genre-specific classifications or past catalog expectations.
"Broken Paradise" pushes boundaries, raises the bar, and blows the lid off of standards of musical assumptions.
"We definitely took a different route with this track," says COS founder and guitarist Mick Michaels. "Sometimes you just have to take another way up the mountain to get a better view."
"Broken Paradise" is now available via SODEH Records. Forever Metal CDs are available exclusively on the band’s official website through Sonic Velocity Records. An audio visualizer video also accompanies the release and is currently streaming on Youtube.
“Broken Paradise slaps you in the face with an Armageddon slice of the apocalypse,” says COS vocalist Frankie Cross. “The song touches on strong emotions within our current climate, while catapulting you into a horror story of a future revolution.
