Cleveland’s INOCULATION Delivers Cosmic Death Metal with New Album “Actuality”!

Cleveland-based cosmic death metal band INOCULATION has released its new full-length “Actuality” on April 18th. The album, showcasing ten brand-new tracks, is available digitally via Maggot Stomp label.

This is what the band has to say about the new release:

“Actuality” is a huge milestone for us, as we wrote most of it while touring for the past 4 years. We wanted to show everyone that we are still here, doing our cosmic things and we still have tricks up our sleeves. We tried to push our boundaries musically and lyrically. A broad lyrical theme across “Actuality” is delusion and its consequences, whether it be incomplete science or wrong theories to hormonal hallucinatory secretions turning lost intergalactic travelers into food. We wanted to bring that galactic technicality to our music, while sprinkling in some otherworldly grooves. We couldn’t be more happy with how the album came out.”

INOCULATION formed in 2011 in Cleveland, Ohio. Multiple EPs and demos were released until in 2018, when the band’s first full-length “Pure Cosmic Dread” came out. The record got the band signed to Maggot Stomp label.

Along with the “Anatomize” EP in 2019, the band’s first tour came with Mutilatred. With Covid-19 being a great opportunity to write music, a new full-length called “Celestial Putridity” was released in 2021, then the band toured from 2021 to 2024 with the likes of Sanguisugabogg, Frozen Soul, Vomit Forth, Revocation, Krisiun, Alluvial, Party Cannon , Cytotoxin, and more.
