With one foot planted firmly in old-school death metal and the other reaching into the genre’s darkest and most extreme realms, Visceral was born from the mind of Bruno Joel Correia (In Tha Umbra), who sought to bring his long-brewing riffs and ideas to life.
Enlisting members of Enthroned, Nightbringer, Grog, and Gaerea, Visceral unleashed their debut album, The Tree of Venomous Fruit—a menacing, pulse-pounding collection of thunderous riffs, crushing bass, relentless drums, and inhuman growls. The album received widespread critical acclaim, establishing the band as a force to be reckoned with.
Now, nearly three years later, Visceral returns with their second full-length album, Eyes, Teeth and Bones, featuring a revamped lineup and delivering yet another blistering, high-speed death metal onslaught.
Produced and mixed by Bruno Joel Correia and mastered by the legendary Dave Otero (Cattle Decapitation, Vitriol, Aborted), Eyes, Teeth and Bones guarantees a crisp yet punishing sonic experience.
