Blackened Death Metallers HURONIAN Unleash “Over Frozen Heights Pt. 2”

Italian Blackened Death Metal band HURONIAN revealed the lyric video of its newest creative effort “Over Frozen Heights Pt. 2” from the upcoming EP “Beyond Frozen Heights”. The EP is set to be released on September 15th via Gruesome Records.
With the new song “Over Frozen Heights Pt. 2”, HURONIAN showcases its deep appreciation of the melodic black metal genre, especially paying tribute to Dissection. The song features a combination of blast beats, groovy riffs to headbang to, as well as melodic black metal and melodic death metal riffs. The lyrics and overall atmosphere of “Over Frozen Heights Pt. 2” and its predecessor “Over Frozen Heights Pt. 1” are freely inspired by H.P. Lovecraft's “At the Mountains of Madness” and the EP cover depicts the landscapes where the story is narrated. The lyrics create an epic and yet chilling as well as terrifying atmosphere which H.P. With “Beyond Frozen Heights”, HURONIAN pays tribute to the golden age of melodic death metal, introducing black metal elements as a twist. The resulting experience is the essence of black metal represented by classic Swedish death metal riffs and guitar sound.
