Beyond Creation Announce The Aura 15th Anniversary Tour!

Before appearing out of the Canadian woodwork back in 2011, Beyond Creation had already undergone multiple permutations. But with the band's full-length debut, the Montréal four-piece quickly revealed themselves as the next evolution in technical death metal. With microscopic precision, The Aura splices together classic brutality and prog's insatiable curiosity with a refreshing knack for melody. The resulting triple helix has been encoded in the genre's DNA ever since. 

"Laden with atmosphere, The Aura stands out from the crowded 2011 tech/death scene thanks to the prominent use of fretless bass, varying drum patterns, and experimentation with tempo", wrote Metal Injection in a recent retrospective. As they prepare to return to the recording lab for the first time since being nominated for a JUNO Award, today, Beyond Creation are announcing a special tour to commemorate the 15th anniversary of The Aura. This tour marks the first time that the band will perform the entire album in full.
