Louisville thrash metalheads BELUSHI SPEED BALL will release their heavily awaited fourth album, Toxic Waste Was Everywhere In The '80s, on June 5th—just ahead of their meltdown performance at Milwaukee Metal Fest.
Today, the underdog metal collective returns with the record's 2nd single, "How Tough Am I?," that's paired with a groundbreaking music video featuring stop motion art by Toni Alarco and Blanca Collado and a cameo from legendary Troma Entertainment co-founder, director and the Toxic Avenger himself, Lloyd Kaufman.
Commenting on their latest masterpiece, vocalist Vinny Castellano says:
“On our journey to ripping off the greatest thrash band of all time, Municipal Waste, we just knew we had to get Lloyd Kaufman in our music video. And that’s exactly what we done did. The Toxic Avenger director himself makes a cameo for our newest track, “How Tough Am I?” A good old fashion Spongebob song, retelling his adventures trying to get into the Salty Spitoon. We are featuring Stop Motion animation by world renowned artists, Toni Alarco and Blanca Collado. And we are again proud to say, no AI has been used.”
