35th ANNIVERSARY EDITION OF THE TIMELESS DEBUT OF BRUTAL ATMOSPHERIC DEATH METAL FROM THE UK LEGENDS – 18th July!

Released in 1990 and one of the early highlights in the formative years of Peaceville, ‘Lost Paradise’ was recorded at the famous Academy Studios (My Dying Bride, Anathema, Cradle of Filth) in Yorkshire, England, and stands as an undeniable classic of UK death/doom metal. Featuring more death metal influences, Paradise Lost created a dark and atmospheric style of death metal as opposed to one based on speed, with the sombre guitar leads of Gregor Mackintosh permeating through the compositions.

To celebrate the iconic album’s 35th anniversary, Peaceville will be releasing a new CD version and a new magenta + white vinyl version on 18th July.
