De Profundis mark their 20th Anniversary year with a new EP - The Gospel Of Rot!

2025 sees De Profundis marking their 20th Anniversary of meticulously crafted, musically adventurous darkness and death. Over their career so far the band have released six full length albums and performed hundreds of shows across the UK, Europe and as far afield as India, sharing stages with some of the biggest names in metal. Now they are set to celebrate this landmark year in their ongoing story with a brand new EP - The Gospel Of Rot!

This EP will be the first De Profundis recording to feature new vocalist Stefano Bassi and new bassist Simon McAuliffe - founding member, vocalist Craig Land having recently announced his retirement from the band.

The Gospel Of Rot will feature four tracks - three De Profundis originals and a cover of Sepultura classic 'Subtraction' - and comes adorned in the amazing artwork of Pierre-Alain D. of 3mmi Design (Necrodeath, Scar Symmetry, The Crawling etc).

The Gospel Of Rot will be unleashed on October 1st
