Finnish newcomer melodic death metal band Champions Of Sorrow has released their debut EP called The Night Makes Us. The debut EP combines elements of old-school death metal and a jar-load of symphonic epicness, baking it all into a modern death metal shell. In the band's DNA, you can hear influences from bands such as Septic Flesh and Cannibal Corpse, with a hint of modern deathcore.

"As a musician, I embrace the creative process and the exploration essential to artistry—the journey from chaos to clarity. This EP emerged from a desire to experiment and make music I would love to hear. An incredible team of musicians helped bring my vision to life." Explains Ville, the frontman and the composer of the band.

Behind the post-production is Finnish studio guru Saku Moilanen, who has worked with bands such as Bloodred Hourglass and Wolfheart. Guitars were recorded by guitarist Juuso Turkki of the band The Hypothesis & One Morning Left. The Music video has been crafted by a talented cinematographer and storyteller, Atte Santala.

Tracklist:

1. The Horde

2. Night makes Us

3. Faceless Mirror
