“We shot the ‘Burn’ video at our home base venue - the Middle East in Cambridge, Massachusetts,” explains guitarist Sungwoo Jeong. “We unleashed our videographers into the packed crowd to brave the pit and capture the energy of the show - and they survived! Happy to have captured that amazing show for all eternity.”

“The first iteration of ‘Burn’ originally came about when Sungwoo wanted to write an anthemic song for big stages,” reveals drummer Jeff Saltzman. “Naturally, when we finished arranging it together, it had a full-on rumba-clave section and a bass solo. And then I wrote lyrics espousing violent class revolution - not exactly typical anthem material! However, I think the final product is really a great picture of Aversed - combining a series of chaotic elements into a cohesive piece that is both catchy, and evocative.”
