After a decade of silence, Ars Inferí returns to celebrate its 21st Anniversary with Spectrophilia (2025), a conceptual EP that plunges the listener into the depths of perversion, death, and the most profane desire. The central piece of the EP explores spectrophilia, an insatiable attraction to spirits and entities from beyond, where carnal pleasure intertwines with the spectral in a ritual of surrender and damnation.

Through black magic, the boundary between the living and the dead dissolves, giving way to forbidden encounters with wandering souls, seductive apparitions, and demonic entities that extend their influence beyond the flesh. This sonic and conceptual journey is a descent into darkness, where lust becomes ritual and death an eternal ecstasy.

The cover art, an oil painting by artist Hervé Scott Flament, captures the essence of this transition between realms, reflecting the mystical communion between the damned and their insatiable desires.
